Anna is a qualified developmental educator, sensorimotor psychotherapist and certified grief educator. Her journey through the landscape of disability has included a range of government and non-government roles, but began as the mother of a daughter with complex needs.

Sharan has dedicated her last several years to coordinating the right services for participants from all walks of life. She enjoys collaborating closely with participants, their families and support teams. With a background in community services, she is motivated by the transformative power of quality supports.
Terry
quality & compliance officer
Terry is a qualified social worker; he trained in the housing and aged care sectors, in which disability heavily figures. With prior experience in disability and elsewhere, he brings to his role a human focus and diverse skillset. Terry also served as IAM's website’s designer and copy editor.
